Koh Bon is spectacular. Ofcourse, on any divesite, you have to have your lucky day to get the best. But if you see Manta rays as well as a Whale Shark on just a couple of meters distance, not just once but on multiple occasions, well, then that's what I call my all time favorite divesite.
